Your privacy is important to Recreation USA.  We are a small, family owned company dedicated to the RVers we serve.

We take all precautions necessary to make sure the information you provide to us stays private, and is used only for the purpose  of providing the data we need to process your purchase.  To prevent unauthorized access and ensure the correct use of your information, we have in place the necessary electronic procedures.  All online transactions are handled by industry-standard SSL encryption so that your credit card information cannot be read by an outside party. When you enter your credit card number on our online order form, it is transmitted across the internet in an encrypted (coded) form, and then decoded when it gets to us. Most experts agree that it is just as safe, if not safer to order online (using SSL) than it is to order by telephone.

We request from you only the information that is necessary to process a club membership....name, address, phone, e mail, and credit/debit card information.  That information may be given to us by phone, letter, or by our online application.  We use that information only to process your membership, and for any future contact we may have during the duration of your membership. Any other information you might give to us during a conversation, as to type of RV you own, vacation habits, etc. is given to us voluntarily by you.

Any information that you give us stays with us. We respect your privacy and do not share that information with other parties.  We do not lease, sell, or in any other way give your information to any outside parties.  We would only release personal information if it is required by law.
