DESCRIPTION:  Artillery Ridge Camping Resort is located in historic Gettysburg.  For a unique and memorable way to tour the Battle Fields of Gettysburg, a 2 hour guided tour on horseback describing the 3 day battle history is available with reservations well in advance. Or a 1 hour Trail Ride with Trailmaster. Ride through beautiful landscape where the Battle of Gettysburg took place. Please make reservations well in advance. Novice to advanced riders are welcome for either option.  A 70 store outlet mall is closeby, with Harper's Ferry, Hershey, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Washington, and Baltimore within 90 minutes.

AMENITIES:   Pond, freshwater fishing (no fishing license required), paddleboats, swimming pool, pavilion, camp store, recreation hall, game room (including billiards), restrooms and showers, laundry, mobile sewer service, dump station, public phone, firewood, planned activities, gravel interior roads, gravel and grass sites (some shaded), pets welcome, excellent horse facilities (box stalls and corrals), tenting.

DIRECTIONS: Going N, from the Rt 15 Bypass (not Business), take 134 Taneytown Rd exit and go left at the off ramp stop sign. Going South, go right at the off ramp for 2 2/10 miles. Entrance is on the left.
