DESCRIPTION:  Mountain Man RV Park "is on the river where the grass is green, even our showers and laundry are clean.  Lots of trees for the birds of the air, you can sit by the river and forget all your cares!  If you build a fire, a mountain man might come to tell you a tale that may be tall, but always fun for all. So bring your RV, tent or jeep, to camp with us a day, a month, or a week.  Cable and clean water we always provide, so come stay with the friendly folks on the river side". 

The park is located 30 miles from Grants Pass, and 56 miles from Crescent City and the Redwoods. Other attractions include Great Cats of the World Park, Oregon Caves National Monument, wine tasting, and hiking in Botanical Wayside. the Illinois Valley Golf Course and lots of good restaurants are nearby.

AMENITIES:  On the Illinois River, Trading Post with handmade gifts, clubhouse, restrooms and showers, laundry, horseshoe pits, tenting, pets welcome.

DIRECTIONS:  Take I-5 to Hwy 199 near Grants Pass.  The park is 2 miles south of Cave Junction at mile marker 11.
