DESCRIPTION: Turtle Run Campground is located 25 miles from both Atlantic City and Long Beach Island, beaches and casinos, and is nestled in the Pine Barrens. The park is close to everything on the Jersey Shore....many historic villages, shopping, restaurants....too many things to see and do to list. Our local staff will tell you where to find whatever you want or need. AMENITIES: Swimming Pool, Recreation Hall, Adult Getaway, Pavilion, Camp Store, Tiled Showers, Laundry, Propane, Ice, Firewood, Fax & Copy Service, Dump Station, Large Wooded Sites, Picnic Tables And Fire Rings, Horseshoes, Badmitton/Volleyball, Playground, Pets Welcome. DIRECTIONS: From The Garden State Parkway Southbound- Use exit 52. Turn left at the end of the ramp to Rte 9 South. Turn right at Rte. 9 to Rte. 542 West. Turn right onto rte. 542 west, then 3 1/2 miles to Wading River drawbridge. One quarter mile after crossing the bridge, turn left onto Turtle Creek Rd. to Turtle Run Campground.Northbound- Use exit 50. Take Rte. 9 North 1 mile to a sharp left turn onto rte. 542 west, then follow the directions above. From Points West Use the Atlantic City Express way to the Garden State Parkway.
